New Jersey Animal Assistance Program

In an effort to advance the humane treatment of animals in the state where Geraldine Rockefeller Dodge lived, the Foundation makes grants to organizations that address the issue of companion animal overpopulation, supply a temporary and safe haven for animals, and nurture the human-animal bond.

The DJ&T Foundation

One of the most serious problems impacting animals is overpopulation. There are so many cats and dogs being born every day, throughout the United States, that there are just not enough homes for all of them. This results in the destruction and mistreatment of thousands of animals.

The Alternatives Research and Development Foundation (ARDF)

The Alternatives Research & Development Foundation, a leader in the funding and promotion of alternatives to the use of laboratory animals in research, testing, and education, announces that it is currently soliciting research proposals for its Alternatives Research Grant Program. For 15 years, this innovative program has rewarded scientists who have an interest and expertise in alternative research investigation.

Animal Welfare Trust

Animal Welfare Trust's grant program seeks to assist organizations whose work can help alleviate animal suffering and/or raise public consciousness toward giving animals the respect they so need and deserve. Although general organizational funding will be considered, preference will be given to well-defined projects with clear goals and objectives. Capital projects will not be considered.
